Because of this, returns, exchanges, eligibility, and return shipping are determined by the policy of the brand fulfilling your order, not The Garage Apt.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible based on the partner’s policy and provide next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll coordinate directly with the brand to resolve it.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to the fulfilling brand’s policy and timeline.


Our Role

We do not fulfill or handle inventory, but we act as your point of contact and will assist in communicating with the brand partner when needed.
